The broad scope of work on this project consisted of a 1350mm Pipe Jack and conventional case boring 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 1200mm steel casing for waterline, sanitary sewers, and storm sewers.  These included various road, pipeline right-of-way crossings, and power transmission right-of-way crossings.  All work was completed in 2002.
